“Melbourne and Sydney are probably taking the biggest hit and stabilised quicker than the rest of the country because we grew quicker, and Melbourne more so I would say over Sydney given it’s a lot more affordable to buy here” Jim 2:08

“It’s a great time given the market that we’re in and if property development’s on their radar but they’re not quite sure what to do…just speak to an expert, either a buyer’s advocate in your state, real estate agents, architects, even calling the council” Jim 16:20
