“As a property investor we want to go out there and minimise as much risk as possible and we don’t want the property to affect our lifestyle” Frank 1:50
“It’s just looking at property markets from a different world view. It’s looking at it from what’s driving the economy, looking at infrastructure projects, looking at movement of people, job creation and a whole bunch of data that we’re looking at to pick these locations” Frank 3:39
“You’ve got to have a good quite solid at least 20 plus fundamentals that you’re looking at to make a good informed decision” Frank 8:20
“When we were looking at industries that are driving that economy we want to look at least five or more …so it’s not just one sided on (say) a mining town. We’ve got to make sure there’s going to be other industries driving that market and if we look at past data history” Frank 11:10
“We don’t pick anything that’s off the plan or anything like that, it’s already existing and scarcity, you’re looking at that land that they can’t build anymore, houses or around so scarcity’s the number one thing when it comes to research, supply versus demand” Frank 17:20
