“I’d say attitude is foremost the most important thing when it comes to investing, followed by mindset“ Ashish 7:15

“One thing that I love to say is being consistent and being persistent. Consistent is the way you do things, persistent is how long can you do those things in the same way” Ashish 11:08

“I also learned that you can go interstate and you can buy cheaper investments, so I started researching on that areas. I learned about cycles in those 6 months. I made my first move mid-2015.“ Ashish 14:08

“COVID has changed a lot of trends. Every area that you will see, it will seem a hot area…so I look at the last three years’ worth of trends to see how it was pre-COVID as well. My learning …is that we are in the middle of a national boom which last would have happened around 18-20 years back. I see a lot of investors will jump onto more regional markets which will grow for maybe 1, 2 or 3 years and then stagnate for a while…I’ll go into regions which are giving me consistent growth“ Ashish 23:04

“I would definitely categorise myself as a cashflow investor and I do not believe in holding land for the sake of holding the land“ Ashish 27:30
